A loot that doubles your hourly income for a limited time eg 12 or 24 hours only one equiped at a time, police protection sort of does this but it might be an ideal loot for a quick cash boost

There should never be cash loots. It'll deter players from capping and attacking for cash and income.

I disagree. I would cap alot of turfs, then use this to get the most out of the loot.
