This idea is so good i honestly pray it never gets used- i dont wanna spend more money on this game!
Allow purchase of more loot item. Either with dp or ingame money. Espresso and canolli- one per week allowed. Also turf upgrades for 1-4 bil each. Packs of 50 ar-15's, one per week at 10 bil. This creates incentive for wealth. Something to do with money.

No. I played games where it let this happen. Then people would buy up to 30k total mob and Max on ar-15s. You can already buy stam and energy refils.

Also. Think about it. Do you know how much TL could be bought with 100B? Players way over limit with large cash-flow could get back under.

No not tl with ingame money! Stam and energy yes, what i meant was purchase canolli and espresso so that u could stockpile them very slowly.

Turf upgrades as in union boss for about 4 bil, dis center for 3, ll for 2 etc. Or maybe double the prices? Just general idea.

No, it's loot for a reason. That would defeat the purpose of having loot.
