Free police protection is almost worthless. Here are my ideas: 10% of all income produced by turfs in a city should go to the capo. The capo should not pay protection to any turf in his/her city. The capo should have an extra 50% defense bonus aplied to all turfs in his/her city. Please post your own ideas on this thread.

First idea is bad. Maybe only pays 50% of usual protection. And a 20% def Bonus that starts at 1% and increases to the max.

50% defense bonus is ridiculous. Someone could setup in an populated area to make a hood safehouse. Capo OS fine as it is. I've fought for an won many capos. Usually for the bragging rights

They offer a small bonus, which is fine. Anything significant and I'd become a god!

Free police protection is far from worthless. I fight for my capos now & think it's fine as it is. However, your #s are way too high! You couldn't have a straight percentage for extra money from all turfs in a city. 1 hour of being capo in NY & you'd be set for life - even at 1%! Being capo shouldn't affect paying protection $ because of loot. Any defense bonus should be minimal.

Ten percent would work, but only if they could cap it at say, one million dollars or some other monetary amount. The protection money idea is fine. The defense bonus would be cool, but then big players would own cities. Maybe a smaller defense bonus would work, or a way to destroy someone's turf without capping it. Maybe capping hp could stay at 100, and destruction hp could be 500 or 1000. Just some ideas.

I still like the idea where the capo gets portion of the build costs. It was posted awhile ago.

NO! Bad idea. It will just encourage more people and bullies to steal other people's capos. The old idea is mostly suppose to help noobs this idea will just make noobs capos a target.

Doesn't sound like everyone loves it to me fum. It would put the game way out of balance. Capo is fine as it is
