Sometimes it's hard to notice your getting lost when deeply involved, I think if there were pins you could put out like a trail to help you find the place.

It could also be shared as a safezone point for other alliance members.

No, pins in the map so you can keep track of your hopping.

How can u not remember where you've hopped? You're talking like you've got 10 hops on the go and 1000s of turf lmao.
