Stats bar lock on

I'd like the stats bar to stay put when scrolling through missions or fight lists. I don't mean the apple bar which now has a on / off option I mean the bar with the turf war stats.

Also if you can slide up/down the toolbar at the bottom when in landscape mode as it gets in the way when viewing turf.
