A very rare loot - an item that can be used on an other player similar to how cement shoes / horse heads are used.
Purpose - when used, the infiltrator convinces a number of henchmen from the receiving player, to switch their allegence and join the player who used the item.
I.e - I use The Infiltrator loot on Player 1 - message (the infiltrator was successful in convincing 9 of player 1 henchmen to join your mob)
Hope iv explained that well. Will only effect henchmen npt real mob members, and obviously the risk could be that you use it on a player that has no henchmen and so you gain nothing?

Also the number of henchmen should be random, say 1 - 15

No. Because henchmen cost real cash and are expensive. Players like havoc would be hit hard.

If i had a stockpile of this loot i would hit people like havoc and belial hard its not a good idea. Like Belial said it costs really cash and will upset players.

I see what b is saying but henchmen don't really cost real cash, they cost don points. Whether or not they used their lvl acquired points or chose to buy them is on them and if it's that big of a deal then I should be able to sell my don points I got from lvling for real cash(sarcasm) I don't think aspects or improvements to the game should only affect the parts that have real cash alternatives everything you spend money on can kinda sorta be earned fro lvl/playing the game...
