Add amour cars ones that are both offensive suck as hummer mounted machine gun and defensive, bullet proof BMW for example

Why? I don't think I've ever seen a mobster cruising down the street in a hummer with a machine gun mount on it?

The point I'm weapons is to provide balanced stats not pretty pictures. The stats seem pretty well off at this time I think. Domt see a need for the change
