Ok. I've been against such ideas in the past but wthe game has changed. I'm thinking a 25% mob rule that works both ways would solve most problems. If you aren't within 25 % of my mob I can't cap you and you can't cap me. It comes with the up side of creating a tier system so less will bitch about high mob size. The downside is less players you can cap but 25% still leaves a decent ratio and you can always fly elsewhere with pt anyways

You just recently explained how people with small mobs now can play a big role (in V's) due to the capping radius difference. This suggestion would take that away. A lot of people could then do away with their mosquito accounts too, lol.

Good idea, only question is how will that can translate to >£€¥$ spend. For now, the current 10% + alliances makes kaching! (nothing wrong with that).
