Called - "the Swiss bank account"

When you equip it, it allows the user to make 1 payment into their bank account without paying the 15% fee.

This may be of benefit to players who struggle to save money or big players who want to bank billions.

It dosnt provide a major swing in a players abilities but may be welcomed as a nice bonus for most players.

Rare enough and I see no prob with it. I kind of like it actually. It should have a max deposit however. Say 1-10billion

If that happened then there would need Ato be a max on how much you can deposit without the fee. So like 10 bill max or something

I like it. Tho definately need a deposit limit and a usage limit. Say once a week deposit with max (as said) 10b.
