Were talking about don points right? At the moment they cost real money. So if they become free using in game money there will be a lot of annoyed people as they spent real money on don points.

that's not what in app purchasing means. In app purchasingis buying points thru an in game feature still going thru iTunes but not dependant on downloading app. So essentially u will be able to get the se package over and over again.
