Me and Benney have created a bulletproof idea for implementing ingame loans and I shall outline this idea in the following post.

Choose between packages and send a request to a potential loaner, if they accept you have made a loan!;
package 1;
You are given money, you have to pay this money back at 45% interest, if the payment isn't finished by x time you start losing turfs 1 per day to your loaner, the turfs will take away the value of their Income (over time x)off of the loan.
Package 2;
You get money and are given a set amount of time to pay back as much as u can, then 75% of your income goes to the 'loaner' until debt is paid back,this package has a steeper interest (15% or so). If the 'loanee' doesn't pay back after time x,then you take all of their income (after upkeep)Once the 'loanee' starts going negative the loaner 'reposses' weapons etc.
The 'loanee' gets protected by the loaner in both packages. You can not take turfs from a person you have made a transaction within the past 30 days.You cannot trade with the same person more than once per 30 days.

true, didn't think of that. Negotiable rates would be nice though, just need to sort out mules :(
Mabey have it negotiable but not to a certain extent: you can't put 0.000001% so they don't have to pay much more extra back and you can't put it at 100000% so they have to pay back a stupid amount. Just have it between 10%-15%
