New loot-rare
Alows the user to plant turfs from another mobsters turf.
Conditions: 1.second mobster must agree to the hidout being used.
2. First mobster must already have turf in close proximity to the turf chosen as a hideout at the time.
3. So long as the turf is being used as a hideout mobster 1 must pay mobster 2 a substantial fee.
4. Once a turf is planted from the hideout turf, the hideout disappears.
5. If the turf carrying the hideout upgrade is capped the hideout disapears.This loots is to prevent you being wiped out of areas you are unlikely to go back to/hop back too

Hmm not sure on this yet. I guess more than anything it would help maintain international turfs.

What happens in the turf they are "hiding in" gets capped?
They would still have to show up on the fightlist so there is danger to anyone that could be harboring them. There would also have to be ways to "search" the hideouts, etc. Sounds very complicated. -
Like I said if the turf is capped hideout disappears,If the person goes bankrupt or resets the hideout disappears. If you want a way of finding hideouts how about a sister loot
"mole" attach to a player 25%chance of finding a hideout each day 10% chance of being found out and killed. When found the mole identifies his employer

Oops sorry, I forgot you explained the capping thing when I was typing.
Would you limit it to certain inf turfs?
You'd have to pick your player carefully; you couldn't pick someone that liked to tear down turf often.Idk, I'm still pondering this one. I think a requirement would have to be that they still show up in the area - like always on the fight list or something.
