Make it a loot item. When used on a player, it prevents them from communicating with anyone in game for 24 hours. That means forum posts, wall posts or PM's.

Sorry guys, I was too specific. Yes it is duct tape but duck tape is a brand name like Kleenex.

I disagree with this idea because a lot of people play just for the forums and multiple people could just team up so that people like chained hunter would never be able to post. Duct tape would be a good idea for a loot that completely heals a turfs influence.
