This was actually just suggested again. There are some good reasons here as to why it's a bad idea.

Thanks for bumping. I suggested the same a bit ago. I still think it could add another dimension. Part of what makes the game fun is that you have to interact with others many times to get something done. This would help increase that interaction. It would also help noobs a bit too, which keeps more people in the game. As the game has gotten older, there are so many HUGE mobs out there, I generally don't even want to put out my loot because it will just be taken by someone with 10k, 20k, 30k, 40k mob. I like the game, but don't have time to punch codes. I'm a business owner and enjoy playing the game, but am not about to take all of my free time punching codes to play. I am "committed" to the game - been playing more than a year and a half, but to me, punching codes is just worse than working.
