A voting system on threads if say 50 or 100 people vote for deletion. It's deleted. This would would give a little bit of power to everyone. It would/should probably only apply to the GD forum. Of course threads that have been stickyed and threads with a certain amount of posts or age would not be able to be voted upon as its either popular or probably no longer relevant. Any approval/constructive critisim?

I disagree. The forum is moderated as much and as little as needed. Wert player, no matter how annoying has the right to post. It's not our job to determine what stays and goes. Some things after better left in the hands of moderators (it's what they're there for).
