I think a nice little feature for capos would be the ability to broadcast a message to everyone else who has turf in the city.

I would love this!! It would save me so much time!! It would have to be a pm though, otherwise it would give away people that have 1 inf safety turfs.

Rather than it being a capo perk how about having the ability to send messages to multiple players at once....it would have to be an independent feature (almost like a mobile phone)
