Turf Exchange

Imagine I am the capo of Town A and you are the capo of Town B. We each have obviously a dominant number of turfs in our own locale but each of us has a turf in the other person's town.

Each is nervous that the other might be planning an attack so a new feature would allow me to propose to you that we exchange ownership of turfs. Once we agree then we both put the turfs in question forward and the exchange takes place only when both partners agree.

Other Rules:
* Turfs can be be exchanged of different influence and income values
* Turfs must be within a reasonable geographical distance from each other - you can't swap a London turf for a Barcelona one.
* Potentially a player could exchange a single turf for two opponent ones if both players agree.
* Exchanges cannot be made between 2 player accounts.

I would like this but I would say u should be able to swap at great distance I really want a turf in america and if u want u could bring cash in to think about that please
