New 10% idea

Now, before I start yes it's not a perfect solution, to be honest I don't know why people expect one. But the 10% rule is now so ridiculous this game has lost all resemblance to a mafia game so nick please sort it out with something!
Sorry for the rant, ok so idea is, inf must be more than mob size for that mob to count
Example:
Jimmy has 8000 mob but 5000 influence so only 5000 mob works until jimmy can increase his inf.This should help discourage exploits to the rule

Wouldn't that make it really hard to get back on your feet after someone has beat down all of your turfs?
I think your on to something with the mob size though...just needs some tweaking somehow.

Simple solution to that. Learn to do something in the game whilst mobbing up!

There is more to this game than mobbing up, all this rule would mean is if you choose to mob up massively in the first place you won't be able to utilise them fully until you up your inf. I don't see a problem in this
