Instead of leapfrogging and deleteing turfs to travel, I think we should be able to plot a course to a location. It would take time to travel and cost money for the distance traveled.

So how would that really be any different than leap frogging?

Actually not necessarily a bad idea if you think about it...it's going to cost you X amount to go from point A to point B.
So you could have a travel option that calculates the lump sum amount it would take to leap-frog there. You pay the money & you're there; saving hours of build a turf, tear down a turf. You would have to have the money & two available turfs, so if you're over the limit you can't travel.
The only problem I can see is that there are lots of dead zones where you can't place turfs causing you to go around...not sure how that could be programmed into the game logic.
