Capo benefit.

Capos can attack and potentially cap any turf in their town regardless of distance. If belived to be overpowered this could take the form of a loot item you can use in towns your capo of.

So if theres a geocoder glitch and I'm in the same area of someone 100 miles from me I can cap them!?!? Sounds like a super hop possibility.

Great idea. Unfortunately, the problem is with classification of cities based on the geocoder, no? (and how physical area may become way too substaintial) How about increased capped range to X value regardless of inf. of players around that city you are capo of. And this looted as a rare item based on on turf used which only you know. ( and expires within a limited time of 24-72 hours) thoughts most welcome.

Sure. London Oregon .then cap someone in London UK. Once I'm in you're going to have to get me out and I'm moving ally turf there.
