One button - upgrade and lower turf influence

With the release of vendettas, it is now even more imperative to have the one button feature installed.

i.e. one button to raise your turf to 84 influence and one button to lower it's influence to 1.

I realize that this suggestion has been posted before as a request but I feel it should be re-visited due to vendettas.
