More Missions

There needs to be more missions, maybe even better shots at getting upgrades as well.

Why more missions? Enless there's a benefit to these missions then everyone will keep doing bank safe. There's no point in new missions just to have new missions.

Good point, new at this. What about a better way to get upgrades like liquor licenses, bagmen, etc?

Those actually tend to be I'm less demand than say maps or even ars.
