A rare loot like the car bomb (something like TNT truck) that can destroy a turf compleatly regardless of health or opponents streangth. You would need to have the capture checklist complete in order to use it when you attack a turf though. Could be used in dense areas to make more room to plant turf etc.

If you want to plant turf in dence areas, can't you just attack a couple of turf (who cares if you lose every fight) and drop a turf in the space made by the turfs reduced size?

But if you are a low level player and keep getting hit on by large mobsters that you don't have a hope in hell of beating, it is nice to have something as a token that you can use against them, no matter how little damage it does to a mega mobster.
