Add Casus Belli

There should be something equivalent to a Casus Belli or vendetta- in other words, if I am playing and am attacked and / or lose turf to another player without provocation. My mob should be inspired to fight harder when I go on the revenge warpath. Not all fights are created equal sometimes you fight harder when you are reclaiming your own territory or fighting someone who has been spam attacking you for days.
