  I order to cap someone, they should press a "accept to be capped" button. If not pressed in 3 mins., he gets your turf - but only if you press the "accept to be capped" button in 2,59 mins. Etc. Etc.

  Each time you should get a notification by email, text message/SMS and Facebook - to be sure you see it...
