Capos can be controllers of small areas, dons can be controllers of larger areas then you can have everyone in that area pay 5percent. Of all there income from the turf there to the don what do u thunk? Would in courage players to get capo AND If the don wants maybe he can pay 15 don points so that everyone in that area does not have to pay money to the police (over all giving more money to
the don ) so What do you think good idea or bad?

So if a Don of your local area is a benevolent and wise one, looking after his mob, you may not be inclined to "unseat" him? That's not a bad idea. If everyone in the crew is happy with the Don, it can be mutually beneficial.

If there is infighting amongst the lower level players or Capos in the area the Don may choose to intervene or come down on one side.

So maybe the title is Don jr or lieutenant Don. You get the idea. It would be a commander in charge of 5 or 10 capo areas. If you're a good leader the locals respect you and pay a small fee, and if you're a bastard the people rise up against you. As a lower level player, you would have a choice of accepting local rule or making a lunge for power. There would be financial benefits for the local commander coupled with the extra responsibility of keeping your capos and non-capo players happy.

Well the don can chose to pay his capos encouraging more people to go for capo am I right? The mor e peple in a place, the more tax the don collects (tax always stays the same unless issued graduated tax instead of flat tax
