What about a loot item, that would let you "sneak" attack another turf without waiting the 24 hours?

You couldn't use it v wide but it'd be cool as a one time thing to cap someone back etc. The only problem would be a player accumulating them and using them at once to cap limit a player.

From what I've seen, Nick doesnt introduce loot that has too many parameters on usage so it's probably a no go because the accumulation WOULD be an issue.
