Add button to re-fetch fight list

I fight an awful lot to gain XP. I try to attack the people who yield the most XP, but sometimes those people don't show up in the fight list.

It'd be really nice to have a button that pulls down a new fight list (even if it only gets a couple new people).

Right now, I need to close outnof TW and then open back up again, which is a little annoying.
