I've been pissing this guy off and he keeps attacking me which is fine cause I'm getting mad money and xp from him but I don't lvl up automaticly I have to run a mission first. We should change this

Your xp keeps raising though, it doesn't stop till you level yourself up. If this happened, you'd miss the mini excitement that comes w/ leveling up, you'd miss how many respect points you got, you'd miss your stats refilling and the chance to use them right away.

Your energy isn't being wasted. It refills when you level up. So if anything, you're getting a free mission put of the deal.
