After you obtain God Father status, you can reallocate a certain percentage of your skill points (10 - 15%). Every (x) amount of exp points later (similar to leveling up requirements) you would again be able to reallocate another small %. This would allow people who have been playing for a long time to change their style of play if wanted & gives them incentive again.
