I think there needs to be a little bit of time for a turf to breathe and gain to be made before it can be capped by another player.

24 hours is more than enough.

24 hrs more than covers the cost of what a turf cost to build and upgrade!!! Whats the problem

12 hours at least... It's unfair during a war that a guy doesnt have time to build a turf and get anything out of that turf before destroyed

it doesnt 24 hours. You have to wait 24 hours to cap FROM a turf, but if you already have a turf next to a new turf, you can cap the turf as soon as its planted, as long as all the other requirements are met.24 hours is more than enough.

I thought the same as op before but now no. If you are established in a city and someone else is trying to move on you have the upper hand of defending through aggression. If you are worried about getting caped out then build the turf and don't upgrade it until after 24 hours. Then upgrade and start capping.

No, this is to protect those who just built their turf and are in a war and are about to have that turf capped JUST as they built it... This is to just lessen the extensive losses one could suffer in a war.

Unnecessary. Plenty of ways to get in and stay in an area if you really really want to.

I know I only have 3 turf and am at level 5, so this is more of a question and even if it is a good idea, it's credibility shouldnt depend on my level and turf count...
