This Ability let's you declare neutrality so you can't attack anyones turf (or cap it) (but u can attack people and people attack u) and other people can't attack your turf (or cap it) you should be able to
"declare neutrality" By pressing a button like declaring a vendetta. It should lower your attack by 20 percent but it's worth it to nit be able to lose turf and you can't declare it if any of your turf has been attacked within 2 days

Well it should be for newb players under level 50 right? Or prolly less

Dont like it. Takes away the main element of the game.

Maybe as a loot item ,rare, and has ,say a 6/12 hr period? So could be used if a enemy unwittingly sneaks up on you, so u can buy yourself some time? And maybe not all turf but works like the capo , will affect turf on that capo area? And also alongside needing the actual neutral loot item you would have to pay a % or a large sum of cash aswell? And u can only use 1 every 28days? Even if have 5 stacked up? That's only way I see working?
