What if vendetta attacks were limited to

1: one hundred miles and
2: players who attacked you (distance rule exempted fo this one)
3: against the creator of a vendetta targetting you.

by limiting vendettas to players who have attacked you, you keep Within the spirit of vendetta.

By enforcing a 100 mile rule, you keep it local. This way you can tale outva local bully or take down a capo. Outsiders need to be left of local politics, in my opinion.
