Turf defensive upgrades

The game seems to have grown in a way that turf defensive upgrades don't really do much.
Especially condisering there cost.
I would propose changing turf defensive upgrades to a percentage, like armor piercing ammo. Add a %age amount of the defending players defense, but only where that turf is concerned.
Keep the costs the same, as a fully equipped turf hardly makes any money. That should prevent every turf from being equipped. But could help keep a few turfs here and there a little better protected.
This would also help protect loot equipped turfs.

I respectfully disagree... I dont think we should increase the defensive slant.

Anything that brings more strategy to this game other then not having a life and punching in codes gets a thumbs up in my book

If you consider that full defensive upgrades cost 57K in upkeep, even a max turf would lose money unless it was collecting protection. So I don't think you would see them on a lot of turfs.
Some turfs might have more meaning and be worth fighting over a little more.
Like the one I put on your mom's house last night, or the ones I have earning over 260k each.
And it would incorporate car bombs into the mis a little more.

I agree , my inf was low last week and I capped a turf from a baby mobster and the dude was making $200 from a 96 inf turf in NY, that's just messed up, the upgrades didn't help him one bit, if anything they prevented him from making income to replace the turf I capped.
After I realized I feld bad, but I have an addiction to distribution centers I have to cap em.
So I say either make em defend better or completely remove em , they give a false sense of hope
