"You have just been hit with a paternity suit. (mobster) claims you are their father/father of their child. (mobster) has been awarded 25% of your income for the next 48 hours."

The counter to this would be the "Who's yer Daddy?" loot. Playing the Who's yer Daddy? loot gets the paternity suit tossed and stops payments before the next hour rolls over, but you do not get any refunds on mounts already paid.
