How about a cash transfer feature between vendetta members. This would enable a more wealthy player to donate cash for a detta member to tool up. It could have a daily limit, and due to the vendetta time limit, would not allow continuous money transfers.

Maybe a safeguard, ie u can only give money according to ur lvl, say a lvl 60 can give 6.0mill to help their fellow members, this mean lowly lvl 20 mules could only give 2.0mill...

How about if the recipient had to have all their turf a set distance away from yours?
