What about a loot item that, when used, gives you a random amount of hours worth pay between 5-10 or something like that? Can be quite useful for noobs and those who need a quick boost in money for something. Could be called PayDay, Advance, Stimulus Package, or something more mafia-oriented.

Could be a useful thing. Obviously Belial and Cupcake don't much need it but most of us could use that. Could call it "Insurance payment"
