We should be able to transfer cash between players for different reasons...
Payment for vendetta help, turf, protection, and so on..
Would be a great feature even just to help someone a bit smaller come up!

Mobsters are all about loans and loan sharkung lol!

What's everyone elses thoughts??

Probably would, but as soon as you get a few turfs up, money becomes a bit irrelavent. I've bought everything I can use, and I've got plenty of surplus just sitting around. A new use for it would be great.

If you do choose to allow players to transfer cash to eachother, you could just put a cap on how much they can transfer per day or whatever.

Yeah a cap of say 5million a day and only once a day as well I think would be good, maybe with you can only give it to that person once ever 3-4 days?
