I have some turf with greater inf. overlapping other turf. But, I don't earn protection money because it says we are in two different cities.

I have turf overlapping turf in another city and it collects. What is the turf you are talking about? You have to be covering the other turf to the center to collect.

Yes kaos I agree with chainsaw Charlie I think you prob have not covered enough of their turf to collect
