10 per cent rule

My suggestion is that if you are over level 30 (maybe higher) then you cannot hide behind the 10 percent cap rule. This allows the smaller player a chance to get into the game without getting picked off, whilst affording the bigger players the knowledge that they cannot hide behind the rule.

Yes nick please drop this rule. It was all fine and dandy when we (DBR) were using it but now that someone is using it against us... That's just not fair. We've put enough money into this game that we deserve to win even though our tactics are lame. The rascals. The cheats. Please please listen to me. I'll buy some more henchies if you do.

The 10% rule is a tough call. I hate it as much if not more than anyone but with all the captures it's prevented me and players like me from doing it has it's uses.

I agree but I would up the level to at least 75-80.

As it is right now you can still attack if you are the smaller one right? What if the person hiding behind the 10% rule only gets to hide behind it for those they have not attacked in the past 48 hours? So if you are hiding behind it and attack the larger player the larger player now has 48 hours to pound you?

Yes there is because it is a one way rule. Smaller people can attack whoever but larger can't. If someone attacks you then you should have the ability to retaliate irregardless of size.
