The game asks you your birthdate and then on your birthdatpy you get a turf limit increase of one and a cannoli or union boss depending on if your lvl 100

U. Boss for lvl 100
Cannoli for under lvl 100

As long as someone couldn't change their b-day in the app code somehow, a turf and a gift a year sounds reasonable.

They could erase the game data and reinstall with a new b-day everyday and mule the gift. I'm sure nick would catch on pretty quick tho and ban em.
