Update turf influence and health every attack

I'm just a little irritated by this and thought you could get it to automatically update a turfs health right when it is attacked instead of having to go off and reselect it for it to show. Maybe it could be like a non server linked thing and when you Do leave the window thing it can properly update. Just a little thing but every little helps to help the game that tiny bit more. ;)
