There would be several series of very rare loot items; you would be very lucky to find an item. When you collect all the items in a series, you get a bonus, like a lot of extra income. There could be an auction where players put their unwanted items up for bid at very high prices. If you go bankrupt, all your items would automatically be put on the auction for minimum asking price.

This idea obviously needs to be refined, but I think the premise is good.

Well I was thinking the items could be mob related, but I suppose it is a bad idea. I like the idea of an actual market, and I was trying to think of something valuable to sell. Anyone got another idea?
