How about nick gives us a randomly placed max influ turf (so no one pays anyone protection) free located in Antarctica? To stop huge players conquering in Antarctica, no one is allowed to capture any turf located there. May sound pointless but will provide some extra income.

It sounds pointless because it is.
It would mean you can built 1 turf less near weaker players, which really does matter.
I don't think you Will really miss the $, unless you have à low mob+ low/no upkeep weapons

Really is pointless. One turf and no caps isn't worth it.
