Turf Dates

I think it would be good to have a couple fields added under the turfs information.
1. Under Controlled by: "Capture Date" , obviously only if it applies.
2. Under Created by: "Maturity Clock", something counting down the time until it can be used to capture
or just add the creation time after the creation date. either one should only be viewable by the current owner.
