What if you could wager on dog races, horse races, even just football (Local stations) for more money. say you set up the 1-3 Turf in different citys each city now has your dog or horse racing turf. You, depending on the amount of bets, wager say 1k minimum and so do say 5 others, you choose right and they loose their total of 5k which goes to you. You can have 1 of each type of track in 1 city, then the others must br made in others. Who dosent like the thrill of gambling?

However if say 2 out of 5 people win the bet the money is split. You must Buy tickets or loot them via missions. Also adding dog a/o cock fights which give a 5% more cash to winners possibly but depending on the owners police protection in the city the chances of getting busted go from None (Don point Special) or Risky (No protection) to very Risky (Extreme Betting or too long no protection). Costs for these are HUGE taking say 5k to 35k in loss of income on upkeep and 10-50 mil to buy, annual cash in from betting is lost for that at times. Bribes can cost you if you try them, either it works and you rigg the winning or deny the bribe and possibly call the cops
