New missions could have rewards other than money and xp. Example, mission "brace for an attack" would boost your defense for 1 hour. "sabotage" would slightly damage an enemy turf but you gain no xp or $. "perform recon" would give you a temp attack boost against a chosen turf. You all can probably come up with some better ideas but that's the thought behind it.
