This is very cool. Maybe also give a boost in crew numbers as well since that seems to be the most important stat in this game.

Yes! But possibly these AI Turfs would have special bonuses, like rackets. For example...
Gun Smuggling (more guns for unarmed mob)
money laundering (extra cash from all turfs)
Police Station ( police protection without capo) -

How about populated=FBI which gives a reward of immunity or exp or something
rural=drug lab or something which gives extra $$$ -
How about something heavily fortified, which you capture. First person to capture it gets turf cap increased? By 5 or something?
