It's a person who you use on an enemy mob that gives you 15% of their hourly income and has a chance of stealing one of their loot items they earn that day. It will have a run time of 2 days and can be used on anyone. I could also have a negative effect like a chance of it being caught and maybe cost you like money or something like that

Too powerful. If seven players use it you're automatically in debt. Big players would be fresh meat.

I'm working on it!! But yes there would have to be some sort or detection device. Or what was mention earlier about using it on a turf. Plus if everyone was stealing my $$$ I would be taking from others to even out.
