Us in the uk when we have a problem we have to wait all day just to get a responce and when we do were asleep so it takes days to resolve anything

Takes a day at most which is a fairly decent turn around concidering there is no minimum SLA and the small size of the Dev team.

24 hr? Lol. U think Nick and his team are machines? They are human. 24 hr reaponse is perfectly normal. Infact, I get responses much quicker so may be your just moaning to them too much. Next your gonna ask them to punch codes for you.

Especially when you get wrongly banned with no reason or proof you have to sit there for days missing out on codes Loot items haven your turf ripped down and haven your v member strugle
